Randal "Randy" Keith Orton is one of WWE's hottest superstars. A lean, muscular 6'4", 245lbs, Randy maintains his athleticism while still having muscles that pop. A 3rd generation wrestler, Randy was the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history. Randy Orton workout focuses on building muscle mass.
Weight Lifting
Randy utilizes a 5 day training split where he focuses on different muscles each day. This allows him to fatigue his muscles and focus on mass building. He performs 8-20 reps and rests 30-45 seconds between sets for these exercises. Randy also performs cardio 30 minutes per day, 3 days per week by using the treadmill at an incline.
In addition, he trains his forearms, neck, and abs 3 times per week. Randy includes a proper stretching routine before and after his workout.

Superset Thigh Extensions w/ Leg Curls: 4 sets of 12-20 repetitions
Box Squats: 5 sets of 12 repetitions
Straight Leg Deadlifts: 4 sets of 10 repetitions
Calf Raises: 10 sets of 8-15 repetitions
Day 2: Chest
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
Incline DB Bench Press: 5 sets of 6 repetitions
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Cable Crossovers: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Pushups: 10 sets of 10 every other week
Day 3: Back
Pulldowns: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets of 12 repetitions
T-Bar Rows: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
Lower Back Ext: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Pullups: 1 set to failure
Day 4: Shoulders
Side Laterals: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Front Laterals: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Rear Laterals: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Arnold Presses: 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Upright Rows: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Day 5: Triceps, Biceps
Pushdowns: 3 sets of 20 repetitions
French Curls: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Overhead Triceps Ext: 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Closed Grip Pushdowns: 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Alternating DB Curls: 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Alternating DB Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Cable Curls: 3 sets of 8 repetitions
Diet and Nutrition
Randy Orton workout routine is only half the battle His diet and nutrition are also very important. Randy eats a high protein, low carb diet. He eats 250 grams of protein on a daily basis. He gets 60% of protein from protein shakes or other supplements. The rest ofhis protein comes from meat, eggs, milk, and cheese. He's a fan of sushi as well. His carb intake includes natural carbs rather than processed carbs. If his sweet tooth hits him, he'll eat some ice cream every once in a while.

definitely not his routine. 15 sets for chest and back? and hes THAT huge? definitely not. and 20 reps? thats how you get toned... not huge. to get huge you do 6-10 reps. not 20, thats a ridiculous amount

dude even i am an hungry gym preditor but getting 8packs is hard i am still at 4packs if you observe he has got huge thy muscles he has certsinly pushed the limits no dought a perfect shaped body importantly its proportional which is hard to maintain
